Deposit: Payable within 7 days to confirm your booking.

Final Payment: Due no later than 7 days prior to travel. Failing to do so will result in the booking being surrendered so it can be re-booked.

Cancellation: All cancellations will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee. Where cancellations occur within 30 days of booking commencment and we cannot re-book the cabin for that period, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion.

Check-in: From 2.00pm ( unless other arrangements have been made at time of booking ). Arrangement to be made at the time of booking for key collection.

Check-out: Strictly 10.00am ( unless other arrangements have been made at time of booking ) to allow time to clean the cabin for the next occupants.

No Smoking inside the cabins

Only persons that have been booked in are allowed to accommodate the Cabins, STRICTLY NO EXTRA PERSONS ALLOWED.

No pets are permitted inside the cabins or in the areas surrounding the cabins.

Failing to abide by the conditions of hire may result in the termination of that booking.

Cabins Provide: 1 Double Bed or Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Bed, Alarm Clock, Microwave Oven, Small Oven with 2 Hot Plates, Refrigerator, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Colour TV, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery, Mugs, Glasses, Kitchen Utensils, Grater, Colander, Can Opener, Bottle Opener, Cutting Board and Knives, Frypan and Saucepans, Broom, Mop and Bucket.

We Provide: Complimentary sachets of Tea, Coffee, Sugar on arrival ( in cabin ). Jug of rain water, Tea Towels, Dish Cloth, Scourer, Dishwashing Liquid, Guest soap, Toilet Roll.

You Need to Bring: Linen, Blankets, Pillows, Towels, Personal Toiletries, Food and Drinks.
